We also recognize that many of our property owners may be from out-of-state and unfamiliar with the credentials of area building contractors. With that in mind, our Exclusive Builder Program is designed to take the guess-work out of finding the right builder and help you avoid costly mistakes and delays. 

 
Wilderness Trail carefully selects experienced builders who can provide quality, timely, in-budget construction to fulfill the strict standards of our Architectural Review Guidelines (ARG’s) as well as the wishes of our property owners.   We go to great lengths to assure that each builder chosen must have a proven track record of reliable performance and exemplary products.  In addition, they must agree to comply with both our published ARG’ s and our Audubon International Silver Signature Program.*   Conformance to these standards helps assure that your new mountain dream home will continue to grow in value and reflect the ideals inherent in the Wilderness Trail name.

By planning your home through our Builder Program, you gain the added benefit of being able to work closely with our trained and pre-qualified contractors at every stage of the building process.  Each builder has a rich selection of home designs and upgrade packages that have been pre-approved to fit within Wilderness Trail ARG’s.   In addition, each builder will maintain at least one model home on site…complete, furnished and ready to tour.  That way you can quickly and easily shop for both the right builder and the right set of plans to fit your dreams.
