Infinity Construction Inc is a custom development/construction company that can turnkey every aspect of the custom building process. The key to our efficiency is employing a management team that is second to none in the industry. ICI keeps a strong employee base so most phases of construction can be completed in-house without contractor scheduling delays. We carefully screen our few sub-contractors to ensure that they are proven in their field and are dedicated to quality and to their trade.
ICI, along with a few of its affiliate companies are based out of our 101K square foot warehouse located on Hwy 421 in downtown Mountain City, TN just 20 minutes from Boone, NC. Primarily, with some exceptions, ICI builds in the North Carolina Watauga and Avery Counties ie: Blowing Rock, Boone, Banner Elk, Sugar Mnt, Beech Mnt and the surrounding towns and mountains.

Infinity Construction--one of our preferred builders--has been working since last summer building bridges along Wilderness Trail Parkway, and preparing for new home construction.
Currently they are going vertical with the “Overlook House” (shown above) and are clearing ground for the “Bucktail” on another nearby homesite. Our exclusive family oriented Sporting Complex is slated to begin later this year, and promises to add a whole new dimension to luxury mountain golf communities.
