2008 will mark another major milestone of progress for property owners. For those who joined our community over the past two years, the transformation [paved] has been amazing. You’ve watched as your forested mountain paradise has taken shape with roads, homesite formation, and golf course construction. This year underground utilities and road paving are high on the agenda for Winter and Spring. Paved roads planned for 2008 mean easy access to your new homesite.
The peninsula stage overlooking the pond, winery and golf green will be set up again to host another exciting venue of live concert music.

This year’s entertainment is yet to be announced…but get ready for another “hot Summer party”! These events are a great opportunity to thank you—our property owners— for joining our special community… and for YOU to invite those friends you’d like to become members too. We’ll be notifying you in the next few months of exact dates, entertainment, property tours, lodging and special activities for the entire family. So start making your plans now.

INFINITY CONSTRUCTION

Infinity Construction--one of our preferred builders--has been working since last summer building bridges along Wilderness Trail Parkway, and preparing for new home construction.
Currently they are going vertical with the “Overlook House” (shown above) and are clearing ground for the “Bucktail” on another nearby homesite. Our exclusive family oriented Sporting Complex is slated to begin later this year, and promises to add a whole new dimension to luxury mountain golf communities.
