Designed to reflect the landmark structures that grace America’s most notable national parks, it is a harbinger of all the beautiful homes and amenities to come. Beyond the entry, we are happy to report that work is progressing on our extraordinary centerpiece, the Fazio-Robbins designed golf course. You can already see the development - how beautifully it will conform to the mountain - and envision just how exciting it will be to step out on the green and meet the challenge this world-class course will present. We are also quite pleased at how rapidly construction is evolving, and anticipate welcoming residents to their new homes in the next few months. INFINITY CONSTRUCTION

Now under construction, “The Overlook House” design is reflected in the photo and rendering shown here.

Infinity Construction--one of our preferred builders--has been working since last summer building bridges along Wilderness Trail Parkway, and preparing for new home construction.
Currently they are going vertical with the “Overlook House” (shown above) and are clearing ground for the “Bucktail” on another nearby homesite. Our exclusive family oriented Sporting Complex is slated to begin later this year, and promises to add a whole new dimension to luxury mountain golf communities.
